.. I been in this music business for 40 years, and God has truly Blessed me with 32 songs on the market, and I’ve wrote 3 albums for a national black quartet group “The Highway QC’s .. sweet singing national black quartet group.. I am the former guitar player and songwriter for said group.. everbody that listen to black quartet singing knows me by the name of Tree. Now, The Highway QC’s ain’t no push over group!.. They just ain’t had the right kinda support from so called record companies and music publishers.. and especially crooked promoters … but anyway.. God blessed me to work with these brothers … That was my first professional group that I ever played for… boy was I nervous.. All the stars that I dreamed about.. there I was in the dressing room with them getting ready to go on stage! Wow! what thrill that was! Now here I am! Reaching toward another level! This is my very first personal CD!  I also played for Shirley Ceasar, The Clouds Of Joy, and many other Gospel legends … Sam Cooke, Lou Rawls, Johnny Taylor, originated from the group that I came from..
I’m thrilled to connect with Andrew and his family group … I can feel real love in this group… That’s what it’s all about …

Andrew Wartts founder and lead singer of The Gospel Storytellers along with his brothers, Ed, Joe and Charles are excited about their new member,  lead guitarist, Bobby (Tree) Jackson.   Jackson, a minister,  was lead guitarist for Spencer Taylor and The Highway Q’C’s and also Reverend Claude Jeter and the Swan Silvertones. Both groups are Legends in the Gospel music industry. “My brothers and I are very excited to be working with Tree.   I was praying for someone that could play music on the level of Earl (Earl Wright lead guitarist onThere Is A God Somewhere LP died in 2012)  One morning my phone rang and it was Tree. Wartts added, “I wouldn’t want to be on stage with a finer guitar player than Tree or Earl Wright  God is truly a good God”.
